We love Pointe South! The property and views are awesome. We really like the Karin & Homer Odum - they are fabulous property managers and do a wonderful job. Everyone is very friendly and we enjoy seeing the same people year after year. We have been going for 32 years and will continue. The condo was recently updated and it was perfect and we love the decor. Can't wait until fall when we'll return!

We visited Pointe South for the second time, and again, thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo is very clean, management is very friendly. The entire check-in and check-out process was very simple and well organized (even though we checked in at odd hours). The location was only a close drive to many restaurants, and being right on the beach was beautiful. We would come again.

My family and I had a great stay at Pointe South. The property is clean and has surprisingly high-tech amenities for an older building, including keyless entry and excellent wifi. The location is great, with beachfront access, gorgeous views, and it's within walking distance of a nearby Publix.
It has a small but very warm pool and my kids had a fun time swimming there. Additionally, the kitchen in our unit was well-equipped for a vacation rental.
The only caveat I would have for potential renters is that unlike newer vacation condos or resort villas you may be familiar with these units do not have two separate bathrooms with showers. Instead, they have a setup with a bathroom off the master bedroom separated from the shower/second bathroom with pocket doors. We had a a very pleasant and restful stay at Pointe South and would recommend it to others.

Very inspiring stay at Pointe South. The sea is just wonderful and peaceful. We needed the sun and nice temperature.
