We stayed here over christmas and I loved everything about this condo. It was remodeled, bright, and clean. Publix across the street was incredibly convenient. The condo itself thought of everything, USB plugs, good pots and pans, plenty of cookware etc. We did buy a Mr. Coffee coffeemaker because we don't like Keurigs. but we left it there, so you have both options! laying in bed with a direct view of the ocean was priceless. The only issue I found overall was that over Christmas the only road was just so incredibly busy we couldn't even get downtown Ft Myers to shop or eat, and we couldn't eat out because it was so busy. grubhub wasn't an option either. This has nothing to do with the condo itself at all, everything was perfect for a stay-in and relax vacation. Being only steps to the beach was AWESOME. parking was never an issue, the pool was a bit small, but warm and enjoyable. the entire place was clean and staff was very friendly. highly recommend!

Always enjoy spending time at Pointe South. The management is primarily responsible for the atmosphere and cleanliness of the property. We have gotten to know many other visitors that return here, year after year...many are now close friends.

We had a wonderful Spring Break in Unit 505! The location was perfect and view was amazing! Having beach chairs available to use was a huge plus. Complex is extremely clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

The only thing I can complain about is that other guests refused to wear masks in the laundry room, despite many signs posted.

This is a beautiful unit and the view was magnificent! I love that when arriving after hours you can go directly to the condo since you don’t need to pick up a key. Also the staff on duty is great. Thee was something that needed repaired when we arrived and they fixed it right away.

since 30 years we stay almost every year in one of the condominiums of Pointe South 3-4weeks and we love it more and more. Meanwhile it becomes our second home base. The apartments are very nice and all is like in the description. For us the best place on beach☀️

We were very excited to stay in Condo 505. From opening the door everything was perfect. The layout , lighting, the extra design to give space allowed our family to relax, cook, and enjoy our 7 days of seeing family and making new friends. We want to stay in the condo every year!
