This place was absolutely fabulous. We had the most amazing time here. The unit we stayed in had it all. Games, toys, clean and plenty of amazing views. The property itself was great also. Everything you need is there. So many friendly people vacationing as well as all the staff. Just a wonderful place all around. Homer and Karin are just great people. We cant wait to book our next family vacation!

Lovely vacation. Only negative was the “red seaweed “ which Florida needs to solve if they want vacationers to come to Florida. Last year it was the Red Tide.

A stay at PS is the best beach vacation you can ever take! The lapping of the ocean waves lull you to sleep every night. The condo was beautiful with all the amenities of home. We’ve acquired many friendships from our 10 years of staying here and it’s great renewing those every year. Karen and Homer , the managers, have become our friends too. If there is an issue, it is resolved quickly. We are already counting down the days to our next stay at Pointe South in November.

We love staying at Pointe South. Location is perfect. Units are clean and very well maintained. Managers are wonderful and very helpful. We have recommended Pointe South many times to friends. We found a new restaurant "Shrimp Dock" on Main street. We also like South Beach (wonderful happy hour), Dixie, Doc Ford actually all the restaurants are very good and Pointe South is located in the middle so its easy to go north and south. And so close to Publix easy to pick up groceries. Would be nice to have some shade on the grass area.
