This top-floor condo is super nice. The unit and the grounds were very clean. It’s really helpful that beach chairs and umbrellas were provided at no charge for guest use. The beach is beautiful in that area. The only downside was the water pressure was really weak. Guests need to keep in mind that beach towels are provided, but they have to be washed and put away before departure. There are laundry facilities on the property. But, It would have been easier to bring our own beach towels. It’s in a great location, but as others have stated, traffic is bad if you want to go to Times Square for dining. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to return.

We’ve been visiting for 10 years and always live it. Rooms are comfortable and have whatever you may need. Location is great mid island so you can head off in either direction. Kids love to bounce from the beach to the pool and go to tiki hut for some lunch in between. Plan on going as long as they will have us. Staff is great and if something breaks it is missing they take care of it right away. This is our favorite Florida vacation spot

We rented 3 condos for a family vacation for the third time and it was great. We plan to do it again next year.

The manager was wonderful and made us feel very welcomed. The placement on the beach was the best we have ever had. Great chairs and lounges for our use. Just one step down from grass to sand. Pool was heated and could see beach from it. The unit we stayed in could use some updating but the kitchen and living rooms were great. If we return to Fort Myers Beach we will definitely stay here again. It was 2 miles from the wharf area so we could easily get out out for supper.

I rented #501 and #503 for some members of my family to celebrate my birthday that week. I have been staying at Pointe So for 14 years. Always have a great time.
