Pointe South Condominium is located on Estero Island of Ft. Myers Beach on a quiet part of the island. Each condo unit has a private screened large lanai. Free WIFI and free local calling. This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath unit has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, tile floors, a walk-in-shower,ceiling fans throughout and flat screened TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Everything was great. The only suggestion would be a curtain or blinds for living room slider so you don’t have to put hurricane shutters down every night during turtle hatching season. The master bedroom slider had a nice sliding blind.

We love this place. Nicest condos on the beach. Close to Publix for grocery pick ups and los of beach and lawn chairs for relaxing. We have been coming here for 8 years and wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

The property is right on the beach with everything you need and the property managers and staff are OUTSTANDING. My wife and I spent 2 weeks and had the kids and grands down for a week,great time!

Home away from Home! What a wonderful vacation .We spent our days on the beach with no agenda. Karen, Homer & the entire team make you feel like family. Very clean and updated amenities, I would highly recommend staying at Pointe South. It’s a little slice of Heaven!

This is a GREAT condo complex very well maintained and on the best part of the beach. Our unit was excellent (502) had everything we needed except pot holders were missing. Publix grocery store walking distance. We enjoyed Dixie Fish House and Doc Fords and Pinchers for seafood

We have visited Fort Myers Beach for many years. We decided to give Pointe South a try this year and are so glad that we did! The building and grounds were very well kept. The amenities were as described, also well cared for. Our unit was beautiful and the office staff was outstanding. We will be regulars at Pointe South moving forward!

I absolutely love fort Myers beach it’s been a place we’ve visited since we were children and now bring our children. The condo was absolutely beautiful and we loved it. Kids had a blast. Great way to end our summer.

We enjoyed our stay at Pointe South. The Condo was on the top floor with uninterrupted sea views and a nice sandy beach below. It had everything we needed.
The condos are not within easy walking distance of the main Fort Myers Beach area or local restaurants but there's a supermarket a few minutes away and, in May, the area is quiet and relaxed, which suited us. It's also reasonably well located for travel to Sanibel, Naples and several large shopping and outlet malls.
Small downsides were major road works all along the road outside and some unprofessional behaviour from one of the reception team.
The condos are not within easy walking distance of the main Fort Myers Beach area or local restaurants but there's a supermarket a few minutes away and, in May, the area is quiet and relaxed, which suited us. It's also reasonably well located for travel to Sanibel, Naples and several large shopping and outlet malls.

Pointe South is a GREAT place to stay on FMB! Right on the beach; Listening to the waves while relaxing on the 20’ screened lanai with 2 ceiling fans or from most rooms in the condo; A view of the bay from the kitchen window; Nice swimming pool; Beach toys & swim noodles to borrow for playing at the beach; Only 4 or so buildings away from Publix grocery store; Mid-Island location; Laundry on-site that takes a credit card (leave your quarters at home!); LOVED management Dee, Karin & Homer — sooo nice! They truly care about Point South as if it was their own and keep it as such! We will be back — Highly recommend Pointe South!

Ft. Myers Beach is our favorite beach for vacation. We like the quiet end of the island and Pointe South Condominium is very conveniently located; restaurants and shops are easy to get to. We love how safe the beach is. It is especially nice for young children. We enjoy watching the dolphins and birds. This year we had the pleasure of watching a loggerhead turtle nest be relocated. We have been vacationing at this condominium for the past 35 years and have always enjoyed the friendly staff and the home-like feel of the place. It is very family oriented. We absolutely love that it is right on the beach and all rooms have a balcony facing the Gulf. The sunsets are wonderful.
