We have been staying here for the past 15 years. At first, only one week, but have lengthened our stay to five weeks. We have never been disappointed in our decision to stay here. The management is outstanding, helpful anf friendly.

We fell in love with the place as soon as we walked in and saw the view from the lanai! The condo was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated in a beachy way. The grounds, beach and pool were all very well taken care of and inviting. Whenever we went to the office for anything, we were treated warmly . Our questions were always answered even beyond what we would have hoped for. We can’t wait to come back again!

We stayed for a week at Point South and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff was friendly, the beach and ocean were right out the front door, and the convenience of a grocery store make this an amazing place to stay. The room was great and we had easy access to restaurants. We will be back.

As always, Homer & Karin made sure that all of our needs were met! Even though we had to cut our visit short due to the health scare, our time there was delightful. Always clean and well maintained!

My wife and I stayed here 2 years ago so of course we came back. Clean, oceanfront, super comfortable bed and we just walk about 20 steps to the pool of beach. This place is well run and the other guests were so helpful and friendly. We want to stay 2 weeks next time and this will be our "go to" beach resort from now on. Many people we talked to have been staying here for more than 10 years. Our stay here allowed us to relax and completely forget about our busy jobs for awhile.
