Having stayed at Pointe South only in the winter, we decided to give late September/early October a try. Five glorious days into our stay, Ian became a threat but primarily for Tampa. Homer and Karin advised us to leave as quickly as possible. We are so grateful for their honest and caring advice.

I've been staying in unit 305 for 4 years now with no issues. This year when I arrived after hours, the keypad code I was given didn't work. Called number on paperwork which was the office which was closed. Had to search and read every bulletin board to find lock out number to call to get access. Some dishes were dirty as well. Check out time was 10am however cleaning lady knocked on door before 9 am asking if I was checking out. Very unprofessional.

We have been staying at PS for the last 8 years in the fall and then again in the spring. The condos are well maintained, the view is awesome, but the main reason we return each year would be the friends we have made over the years. Catching up in the pool and enjoying the local restaurants with them help to make our vacation special. Homer and Karen, the managers, are great too! They always welcome us with a hug and help to make our stay memorable.
