Very pleased overall however the master bedroom mattress needs replaced.
Also dish’s are very old and kind of a hodgepodge and had a smell to them but probably because the cabinets seem original.

We enjoyed our stay. Property is very well kept. Location is perfect for those wanting more peace than party. Best thing is the short distance between balcony and water making dolphin watching enjoyable.

Great location, quiet beach. It was not crowded. We loved sitting on screened in lanai and listening to the waves. My kids are older and we enjoyed paddle boarding and parasailing nearby as well as a variety of restaurants. Will definitely return.

Pointe South is like a home away from home. Like having family in Florida. We’re been staying here almost yearly since 2000 and we won’t stay anywhere else. The condo, the staff, the location on the water, the location near the grocery store, and the yearly upgrades they make all make our vacation a vacation.

Clean, friendly resort right on a beautiful white sand beach. Daily walks in beautiful sunshine. Room was clean, lanai was great size and screened in so perfect for keeping the bugs out and fresh air in along with hearing the waves at night.

This is my 3rd year with this condo. We have been in 4 different condos (just to see the difference). They were all 4 very nice and well equipped with anything you would need. None of them have crockpots if you would plan on starting dinner and be out and about all day. However, that’s very minor and only for your information. The management is very friendly and nice. We were celebrating a 60th birthday and had a complaint for being too loud on the balcony at 6:30pm. The manager was very friendly letting us know the condo below did not appreciate our fun. We didn’t think we were loud but did pay attention the rest of the week to what we were doing. It’s a very nice place and the beach is great!

A lovely experience at Pointe South...clean, excellent location, pleasant personnel attentive to our needs. Although Unit 202 is rather drab and dark in decoration, the gorgeous beach and pool made us happy. Unit 202 needs to be decorated as a beach house to really comply with the surrounding area. Will request a nicer decorated unit next time. Dee, Karen and Homer were wonderful ambassadors.
