105 is in a fully managed building consisting of 35 individually owned and decorated beachfront condo's and home to the first Turtle nest of the 2018 season! Overlooking the lawn, beach and The Gulf, this light and airy condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans throughout, hairdryer and straighteners, iron and ironing board, and beach towels are supplied. Linens, bed and bath, are also provided and may be exchanged once or twice a week. There are two bedrooms, both of which have ample hanging and closet space, The master with a queen bed, TV and USB charging points, and the second with twin beds and TV. The one and a half bathroom has a double headed walk in shower with seat inside. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area has plenty of seating. There is a large TV and DVD in the main living area which is carpeted as is the two bedrooms, the rest of the condo is tiled. The Lanai runs the full width of the apartment, it has a table and comfortable chairs, great for watching the wildlife that inhabits the beach, the dolphins that play in the Gulf and of course the beautiful sunsets! There are easy to use electric hurricane shutters should you have some inclement weather or just want full darkness at night.

We always feel like we’re at home here .The owners keep this unit immaculate! We have rented a lot of condos and this is our favorite. We own other weeks on the island but this place is just wonderful.

Every units that we rents( usually 2 units, because we come as 2 family) well maintain, clean & supply with all needs for stay. Property management (Hoomer & Karen) EXTRIMENLY nice & professional & help with ANY issue that you may have. They are a BIG REASON that we return to this place year after year. We alwais tell everyone about this place.

Everything was great,clean facility,easy access to beach. What impressed me was the lady who wiped down all the outside benches early each morning. Had an issues with our air unit and it was fixed before we got back from dinner.

We have been staying at Pointe South for most years since !996, so you can tell we love it! Although we are not beach people, we do use the beach as we love walking and fishing and watching the spectacular sunsets. We feel at home here the minute we walk through the door. It is very quiet and peaceful and ideal for a great rest. The apartment we rent is beautifully appointed and has most everything we need and the kitchen is well equipped. The facilities are well appreciated and makes for a real easy time here. The property is well maintained and the managers are helpful and quick to respond to any request or problem. There’s a Publix almost opposite the condos - so handy. Would recommend to visit off-peak as there is more peace and ease, for example, in traffic to leave the island. We have been here in busier times and now appreciate the off-peak times we so much enjoy here. We will be returning for as long as we are able. Already looking forward to next year (possibly for a longer duration) and would heartily recommend to anyone considering Pointe South!

We have been coming to Pointe South for twenty six years, so, yes, we love it there! We have stayed in apartment 105 the last seven years and rate it as one of the best. There is everything we need and appreciate that the kitchen is so well equipped as we do a lot of self-catering. The furnishings and decor are tasteful and well maintained and most importantly the bed is most comfortable. The apartments are on a quiet area of the beach and the balcony is our favourite place to watch the dolphins and sunsets. Opposite is Publix supermarket which is so convenient. Karin, Dee and Homer always take great care of us : friendly and quick to respond to requests and queries. We thoroughly recommend and hope to return for many years to come!
