The overall stay was fantastic. The condo was exceptionally clean. Not just in our room but the premises. We would definitely stay again. The only negative was the mattress. They were worn and could use some updating.

Pointe South is an ideal vacation destination. Room was clean and up to date. Two full baths is a great benefit. Maintenance staff and Office staff are very cordial. Quiet place to relax with Publix being a short walk from the condo. Hope to return in 2023.

Unit 101 was absolutely lovely! Great location on Ft. Myers Beach! The unit has everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the beach. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are well outfitted. Unit was very clean and comfortable! Pointe South is well maintained and beautiful! We will definitely be returning!

Our condo was great. Staff was helpful. Only downside was some of the guests (owners or return guests) made us feel not so welcome. If you made any noise at the pool, they would always leave and if you played music (at a low level) we were reported to management! Will probably return because overall a great place to stay.

we stayed 10 days this time. two weeks in may also.been going there for several years and love the place. stayed in several of the units over the years and they are all very nice but our favorite is 101.

Unit 101 was just as described. It was recently renovated and very tastefully done. The kitchen was equipped very well with plates, glasses, utensils, pots and pans, small appliances......we especially appreciated the thermal cups for pool and beachside. The view was great! We had front row seats for morning dolphin watching. The entire complex was very neat, clean and quiet. We would highly recommend this unit and the entire complex.

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed for vacation. Nicely updated and beautiful views. Would definitely come back. Property management was friendly and welcoming.

As always, we loved our relaxing stay at Pointe South. Unit 101 has recently been renovated and is very nice with exception of the beds. Both the king bed and the twin beds were extremely soft and not to our liking. Not sure if that is the owner's preference or if they are just old and need replaced. Everything else about the unit was fantastic.

We had amazing trip! We have stayed there years ago and really loved it!! There has been some updates since then that we were much needed! It’s the best place to stay if you are interested in being close to the beach. Publix is within waking distance! I am already thinking about my next trip there!

This was our fourth time at the condo complex. Excellent location and clean complex. Condo 101 is very dated with limited supplies compared to other units that we have stayed in, would recommend a refresh of that unit. Master bathroom shower is ridiculous to even attempt to shower in if you are 6 feet tall!

We have been vacationing at Fort Myers Beach for many years. It is a family reunion destination for us. This year we had family members in 8 different units. I love the location of Pointe South and have stayed in Unit 101 several other years. This year it was in bad shape. The carpet is old and worn. The lounge chair on the patio and the towel rack and toilet paper holders were reported broken in prior years and were still not repaired/replaced this year. The fan on the air conditioner ran constantly. But worst of all the condo smelled very musty/moldy and the unit was very damp all week. The cushions on the dining room chairs were damp when we arrived and never felt dry all week. The recliner doesn't work properly.
