This is a fantastic vacation spot. The beach is private and quiet and the condo complex is extremely clean. It’s easy to see that Pointe South is committed to providing a top notch experience for anyone staying in a condo there!

From start to end this has been one of the best experience I’ve ever had. From reserving the room on line to check in/out all done via email and there app. Phone number provided if you need to speak with someone. In fact our stay and condo was so wonderful that we booked it again for next year. Clean, friendly, and the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. I was a child the last time I stayed here, over 30 years ago. I enjoyed sharing this experience with my children and making new memories. Thanks Homer and Karin.

the location was perfect for a nice quiet vacation. our condo was very nice and tastefully decorated. the beds were comfortable. the best thing about it was walking straight out to the sand and beach. the beach was lovely and not a lot of foot traffic. overall we were able to have a wonderful vacation. we highly recommend staying here and we will definitely come back.

Very nice updated Condo with a screen in balcony for the view of the Gulf. Although we had a problem with the refrigerator the first few days, the custodians worked diligently to solve our issue.

We had an amazing week at Ft Myers.Our condo at Pointe South was everything you could need for a relaxing week at the beach. Kitchen was nicely furnished, less crowded area of the beach.Even provided our beach towels! Managers were such nice people, checking in was easiest ever. Pointe South is a gem, we can't wait to come back!

We were at Pointe South for 2 weeks. We stayed in 2 different units. The first unit 306 needs upgrading. The ceiling in bathroom was falling, laminates were coming off cupboard doors, and appliances need upgrading. Second unit 102 was exceptional.4

We had a fabulous time! We had 3 condos and everyone had a fabulous time! The location is perfect, south end of the island, close to marina and Publix. The managers are very responsive and the beach and sunsets are incredible.

My husband and I have been coming to FMB for the last 8 years and have stayed here the last five times. The place we had stayed at the first 3 years was booked.
We stumbled onto Pointe South and thought we would give it a try. We have never looked at another location. Already booked for next year!
Our unit is always immaculate and thanks to Carol the owner is well equipped and beautifully decorated. The condo is located mid island right on the beach. All units have a screened in balcony that looks directly out to the water--great for dolphin watching and sunsets. The grounds are well maintained. There is a grass hut with tables, a TV and two gas grills available to all guests. Laundry is located on ground floor and operates with credit card, no need to keep quarters for this. The beach is beautiful miles of white sand. A three minute walk and you are at Publix grocery. If you are looking for the perfect place on FMB stop looking and book here you will not be sorry.

Beautiful property and location. Condos and pool directly on the beach. Convenient to Publix, restaurants and shopping. Management extremely accommodating and friendly. Condo #102 is tastefully decorated and extremely clean. Nice to be able to use the stairs. Parking is available close to condo. Towel exchange twice a week so no need to do laundry. Best place to stay on the island!

We love Pointe South! Condo #102 is beautiful, clean, well stocked especially if you love to cook we do...the owners LOVE their condo and it shows! If there is a problem, they take care of it right away. The office staff are amazing and so helpful, Karen Homer Dee are wonderful and like family, we have vacationed at PS for many years and absolutely LOVE this condo association! See you soon!!!!!
